Welcome Team

Greeters and Ushers	Do you have a passion for new people? Want to help make a great first impression? Consider being a greeter or usher. Must have a cheerful, outgoing personality and have completed at least CLASS 101.
Guest Registration	Recording newcomers details in visitor book for follow-up to New
Visitation	If you have the passion for comforting and making newcomers feel at home, this ministry is for you. This involves visiting sick or those in need of encouragement as well as visiting newcomers and new believers. Contact Hendra Nurdjaja 273-1543
Transport	Some people do not have cars or can’t drive and need transport to services. If you want to help in this area, please join. We will allocate people according to your residential area as much as possible. Contact Ron Koroa 577-5965

Life groups

Life Groups are small groups of people meeting in homes and having a great time. It’s people learning and growing in Christ together, serving and caring for one another, finding friendship and support.

Technology

Ken Kan

Audio and Visual Team
These operate our audio-visual equipment on Sunday mornings and evenings and on special events. We need people with a good ear and understanding of equipment.

Sermon Recording
We record the Sunday morning messages onto CD. Need help in the management as well as the organization of CD library.

Website Maintenance One of the many tools of communication is our website. It requires a good knowledge of web development, graphics, etc. to both maintain and enhance its productivity.

Missions Projects	We support several home and foreign missions projects. For more information on how you may be able to help or support, contact Kenny 272-2060

Hospitality

	Leader: Christina Wong
Bread of Heaven	Every Sunday morning before and after service. Coffee and refreshments provided for fellowship and also to make new comers feels welcome. Also, bags of bread are provided to help with those you know are in need.
Kitchen Maintenance	Buying supplies and making sure it is well stocked. Also need preparation and clean-up after church events.
E-Meals	For authentic international Cuisine when you are too sick to cook, or have an emergency we are happy to bring dinner over. Our chefs come from all corners of the world and deliver to your door.
Communion	Helpers are needed to set up before service and cleanup after.

Childern Ministry

	Leader: Jennifer Young
Creche	For 0-2 years old. Morning and evening worship needed. If you have a passion for this age group and would like to help, contact Jennifer 278-0271
Beginners	For ages 3-5yrs. Teachers and assistants are always welcomed. Join the Celebration Station team! Contact Jennifer.
Primaries	Also part of Celebration Station, ages 6-8 years. Teachers and assistants. Contact Jennifer for details.
Intermediates	Ages 9-12yrs. Teachers and assistants needed. Contact Jennifer.

Love music? Have a heart for worship? Must be available to practice on Saturdays 1-2:30pm as well as attend the evening worship session. Must be a committed member of the church and have been through CLASS 101.

Translation Ministry

Each Sunday morning, the services are translated live from English To Mandarin.

English Language Classes

Held at IBC each Wednesday during school terms from 9am – 11.30am. Often need teachers, assistants, refreshments, and other helps. Contact KC Wong 533-6662

Special Event Ministry

Event Coordination	Takes a lot of ideas from choosing the venue, menu selections, speakers and music. Contact Mala 272-2060
